RELAY FOR LIFE - MAY 1, 2009

	RELAY FOR LIFE SPRING - 2009 Fountain City Park in Knoxville, Tenn. was the lovely backdrop for the Relay For Life on May 1, 2009. The event raises money for an organization near and dear to the Hunley family - The American Cancer Society. Entrants in the relay get support from donors pledging money for each lap walked. This years' event was held overnight, with folks bringing their tents and sleeping bags. There were all kinds of activities for the family, a variety of food vendors, DJ's, and a live concert by our one and only Con!
	After a short rain delay The Hunley Brothers and Sister Ruth kick things off. The dedicated fans that braved the drizzly conditions were excited to see that the show would indeed go on!!
	Con was happy to see the number of people that turned out in spite of the weather....now let's get rockin'!
	Con and brother Tim exchange some light hearted humor about who has the best looking hair...or should I say "head"....Tim lost his hair for a while after going through chemo treatments to fight his colon cancer, but he kept a great attitude and a great sense of humor about it. We do look forward to the day that cancer no longer destroys the precious lives of those we love so dearly. That is why we continue to support organizations like the American Cancer Society...to help those going through treatment and to continue to support the research...
	It was great to see folks dedicated to supporting this worthy cause....they continued to walk...even in the drizzle, and then opened their umbrellas and enjoyed the show! Thanks to everyone who came out and participated in this great event! Let's win this fight.... ....and SOON!
